Nestward was built after seeing this pattern up close.
Before starting Nestward, our founder Sam worked on the ground in a property management company. From that position, he saw what many landlords don’t see directly:
- Rent wasn't always handled transparently
- Communication was inconsistent
- Problems were avoided instead of addressed
It became clear the issue wasn’t just people. It was the lack of structure, accountability, and proper systems.
The turning point
One of the first properties we managed made everything clear.
